Introduction:
In olden days our leaders introduced reservation for the sake of development in any type of recruitment.
33% Ladies Reservation is also one of them and it is introduced for the sake of women education in our nation.
I think the reservation introduced by these formulas which were given below.
1) Development is indirectly proportion to the reservation.
(or)
2) Development is directly proportion to the reservation.
Based on first formula when the Development is increasing then the reservation runs in decreasing order and the percentage is becoming zero.
But still now how can we accept this 33% Ladies Reservation? And now also we are fighting for reservation. I think it is ot correct way for development and it shows the theam of second formula.
MY OPINION:
According to my opinion what I am saying that "50% for only Ladies and at the same time 50% for Gents".
By this method we don't face any sort of problems from each of them.
